Multiple award-winning highlife artiste and record producer Bisa K’dei has released the long-awaited video of his hit single ‘Sika’ which featured rising female music sensation, Gyakie. The video directed by Abass is a beautifully synchronised masterpiece which music lovers would appreciate.

The song produced by Apya narrates a love story Bisa K’dei sang to his lover. The song reveals that if he was financially stable, she would realize that he loves her and would not lack, promising her travels around the world.

Sika, which denotes ‘money’ in the Akan language, fuses with the beautiful voices of the two which makes it soothing to listen. The vocal prowess of the duo told an authentic love story and portrays the need to be patient in love affairs.

This is the second time they have teamed up on a song with the first being ‘Sor Mi Mu‘ which was released earlier this year.

Musician Kidi says he is always sad when musicians engage in “Beefs” or misunderstandings. According to Kidi, Ghana’s music industry is very small and the energy used in these “Beefs” can be channeled into making hit songs that can fetch musicians.

Speaking to Doreen Avio, Kidi asked Guru and Kuami to settle their differences to bring peace and put everything behind them for the betterment of the industry.

“Every time there is “beef” or anything close to “beefs”, misunderstanding, I get sad. Anyone that knows me knows that I don’t like trouble. If I step on somebody’s toes, and the person goes around saying all sorts of things, I feel bad. I want the quickest way to make up and let’s get back to a happy way. Anytime I see misunderstanding going on social media among artistes especially, is sad, because the industry we are in is very small, we should not let petty things divide us.”

On the issue between Guru and Kuami Eugene, Kidi says he hopes it is resolved immediately.

“I hope that all parties involved can come to an amicable to end this together, discuss it, trash it and let’s move on. Let’s come together and make the music that will bring us money. Fights are not necessary.” The lynx entertainment signee said.

The “Gyal dem sugar” Hit maker said the reason why they have not settled the feud between Guru and Kuami Eugene is that the feud keeps unfolding. He was positive that the issue would be solved and peace will prevail afterwards.

Guru has released a diss song for VGMA’s Artiste of the Year winner and Lynx Entertainment signee, Kuami Eugene title “who born dog” after he said Kuami Eugene has disrespected him due to some comments he made about guru some few weeks ago.

Kuami Eugene in the past weeks made comments that he will not collaborate with Guru because he once disrespected his boss, Richie. Those comments did not go down well with a lot of social media users who blasted him for being disrespectful. Guru also reacted to the statement saying he did not beg for the collaboration. He said he had only wanted to work with Kuami Eugene because he admired his talent.

Zed Ay Kay said, ‘’The album has a bit of everything – from Highlife, Hiplife, Reggae, Afrobeats and Afro-Pop, so get ready to listen, singalong and dance’’.

The album is a true representation of the talent Zed Ay Kay processes. It captures his unique style, with very well produced music which has become what we expect from Zed Ay Kay. Although Zed Ay Kay is still not classed as a mainstream artist, this album has all the hallmarks of one made by a seasoned artist and is certainly going to be a game and the perfect prescription for good music lovers all over the world.
