Stonebwoy Announced Best Male Artiste – Central/ West Africa At African Entertainment Awards USA

Stonebwoy; award-winning Ghanaian reggae/ragga & dancehall artiste has been announced Best Male Artist – Central/ West Africa at the just ended 5th edition of the African Entertainment Awards USA (also referred to as AEAUSA), an annual event consisting of mostly music awards. The past 12 months have been hugely successful for the Ghanaian music heavyweight, with his album “Anloga Junction” chalking huge successes digitally and making a nomination cut at Reggaeville awards.
Stonebwoy was rewarded for his excellence in entrepreneurship, community leadership and the entrainment industry in Africa and the diaspora. The event was held on 20 December and was streamed live via YouTube.

He is the CEO of Burniton Music Group. In 2015, he received many awards and nominations ranging from “Artist of the Year” to “Album of the Year”. His sophomore album, Necessary Evil, was the recipient of 3 Ghana Music Awards from 6 nominations. He won the Best International Act: Africa category at the 2015 BET Awards and Artist of the Year at the 2015 Ghana Music Awards. He is also a recipient of two Billboard plaques. He has been described as the king of reggae and dance hall artists in Africa.
Known by birthright name as, Livingstone Etse Satekla, the Ghanaian musician normally ragga in Jamaican Patois (Patwa or Patwah), and is considered a “multifaceted rapper” due to the various musical styles he possesses.
