Minister for Information and MP for Ofoase/Ayirebi, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has called on all Ghanaians who have benefited from any of the Programs of the Akufo-Addo administration to turn out massively at the dec 7 polls and Vote for No 1 on the Presidential and Parliamentary ballot.
Welcoming Vice President Bawumia to a durbar of chiefs and people of Ayirebi, Mr Nkrumah recounted how several governments in Ghana’s history’s have struggled to manage the Ghanaian economy, let alone afford programs that impact the lives of Ghanaians. He said the Akufo-Addo administration has managed the Ghanaian Economy so well that it has been able to afford several programs that directly impact the lives of the good people of Ghana.
“When you have an administration that as a a result of its strong economic management can afford Free SHS, Planting for Food and Jobs, uninterrupted electricity supply, improved NHIS, extensive digitization of public services, free water and electricity during covid and an effective covid response program, it is important for all who have benefited from its programs to work to retain it in power.”
“The challenge ahead of us is not a challenge for NPP supporters only. All of us who have benefited directly or indirectly from any of these initiatives, have an obligation to now sit up and canvass for votes for Nana Akufo-Addo and his MPs to be retained to do more for us.
We will not have another opportunity to bring Ghana to this level of growth. The time to seal this is now. So I call on everyone to get involved and work hard to lock his election down one touch for Ghana to move forward” he said.
“Now is not the time for petty internal party squabbles nor for pains about how a specific personal wish wash not granted. Now is the time to put aside all personal interests and to work to ensure that the collective interest of the Ghanaian are protected.
With 4 more for Nana we can be sure that the progress made can be protected and more gains made for more Ghanaians” he added.

Ghana Election 2020 – mybet.africa Put Out Odds
With 19 days until election day, sportsbook giant mybet.africa has put out competitive odds on who becomes the President of Ghana.
12 presidential aspirants are vying for the ultimate position to steer the affairs of the country for the next four years come December 7, 2020.
However, mybet.africa believes the spotlight in the presidential election will focus mainly on incumbent President Nana Addo and former President John Mahama. Both aspirants have been in the high office and will want to draw on the experience to convince the electorate to vote in their favour.
But most political pollsters are of the view that the management of the economy will play a vital role in deciding who wins. The incumbency may have the advantage of having managed the economy in a better way as compared to previous John Mahama’s government with the resources available, according to some pollsters.
However, other pollsters have a strong view and believes both governments have equally managed the economy best with the resource available.
Notwithstanding the views of the pollsters, the deciding factor will rest solely on the electorate who holds the power to vote who to handle the economic issues of Ghana.
Mybet.africa has odds on the candidate to have the most votes in the first round and the likely candidate to win the election to become the President of Ghana.

“Lil Wayne Was Paid To Endorse Trump”, 50 Cent Alledges [WATCH]
American Rapper 50 Cent has, in a recent interview on “the most dangerous morning show” – Breakfast Club on Power FM, alledged that, Lil Wayne received a payment for his widely trashed Trump-Republican Party endorsement.
37 minutes into the interview, 50 recalled being offered a large amount of money to attend Trump’s inauguration. According to him, the Trump team was reaching out to him—as they did with other artists ahead of the 2020 election—as part of an effort he says was aimed at attracting voters. 50 explained he was initially offered $500,000 to go to the inauguration, though that offer was later bumped up to $1 million.
“He was needing it for the same reasons you see now,” 50 said. “He participated with different artists for the Black vote. And I’m going, nah, I ain’t gonna put myself in that position. ‘Cause I don’t know what I’d have to do to recover from that.”
Asked by Charlamagne if Lil Wayne received a payment for his widely trashed Trump endorsement, 50 said he was “sure” he did. “Yeah, I’m sure. … Easily, he got paid,” 50 said.

Barack Obama Shares ‘A Promised Land’ Playlist Prior To The Release Of His Political Memoir
Former President Barack Obama continues to lead the nation and globe with his diverse music taste, as he posted his annual summer playlists of powerful songs that provided a soundtrack to his historic presidency. Prior to the release of his political memoir “The Promise Land” on November 17, Obama unveiled a star-studded playlist full of uplifting, inspirational anthems.
The list features Beyoncé’s “Halo,” Bob Dylan’s “The Times They Are a-Changin’,’ Stevie Wonder’s “Sir Duke,” U2’s “Beautiful Day,” Frank Sinatra’s “Luck Be a Lady,” Phillip Phillips’ “Home,” Gloria Estefan’s “Always Tomorrow,” Fleetwood Mac’s “Rhiannon,” Jay-Z’s “My 1st Song” and, sweetly, The Beatles’ “Michelle.”
“Music has always played an important role throughout my life––and that was especially true during my presidency,” Obama shared via Instagram on Monday (Nov. 16). “While reviewing my notes ahead of debates, I’d listen to Jay-Z’s ‘My 1st Song’ or Frank Sinatra’s ‘Luck Be a Lady.’
“Throughout our time in the White House, Michelle and I invited artists like Stevie Wonder and Gloria Estefan to conduct afternoon workshops with young people before performing an evening show in the East Room. And there were all sorts of performances I’ll always remember — like Beyoncé performing ‘At Last’ for our first dance at our inauguration or Paul McCarthy serenading Michelle in the East Room with, ‘Michelle.'”
“So in honor of my book, A Promised Land, coming out tomorrow, I thought I’d put together a playlist with some of those songs. Hope you enjoy it.”

The book concludes with the events of the killing of Osama bin Laden in 2011.
The book is set to be published on November 17, 2020, soon after the national elections. Its first printing is set for a run of 3.4 million copies in the U.S. and Canada.
