Phase one of the event saw the launch or unveiling of Euni Melo’s debut 12-track masterpiece collection, Melodies To Melo album and introduction of the powerful songs off it as the crowd expressed their excitement and love for her “unique body of work”.

Young Ghanaian Afro-Dancehall crooner, Larruso joined a line-up to perform at “From Milan With Love: Next Gen” Virtual Concert – an initiative by AC Milan and Roc Nation to champion emerging talent around the world. The show which was held on Friday, November 20th at 8:45 p.m CET / 2.45 p.m EST / 11:45 a.m PST, featured live performances, combining the aggregative power of music with the key values of sport.

Worlasi’s annual festival of arts and music, Worlafest 2020 is just a few hours away. The concert and arts exhibition is scheduled to kick off from 2pm at Alliance Francaise Accra, but festival goers will be happy to note that they can stream the concert live via Worlafest.com for 30GHS and for 15GHS by using the special discount code WORLA.

Trigmatic Set To Host The “Talk Party” Edition Of “Osagyefo Night” – 2020 Tonight
Ghanaian celebrated rap and hiplife artiste, Trigmatic, is set to stage the 2020 edition of his much anticipated musical concert aptly captioned “Osagyefo Night” – an event that will take music lovers on a musical journey into songs that inspired and articulately tell the history, legacies of freedom, achievements in music and values that Dr. Nkrumah believed in.
The concert is the continuation of his annual concert, initiated in 2018, held on the eve of Nkrumah’s birthday which also happens to be a national holiday in Ghana.
Slated for September 21, 2020, 6:00pm at the Ozzie’s Beach Palace, Accra and themed “Speak Up! Your Art Is Your Voice”, the event will also give patrons an informative and very entertaining look into a life well lived by Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and to acknowledge his change and progress in Africa; All through music.
Unlike previous editions, this year’s concert, aptly captioned the “Talk Party” edition comes in three parts, that is, an exhibition, a talk party series and a musical performances with Legendary Highlife artiste, Aka Blay, as they promise to set the venue ablaze with their new single #Susana amongst other classics.
Generally speaking, he will dish out sclassic tunes from his vast collection as well as other very notable pan-Africanism oriented recordings from great African music acts including, Hugh Masekela, Youssou N’dour, Osibisa, Fela, and others. He was the first Prime Minister and President of Ghana, having led the Gold Coast to independence from Britain in 1957. An influential advocate of pan-Africanism, Nkrumah was a founding member of the Organisation of African Unity and winner of the Lenin Peace Prize in 1962.
