The Black Satellites had no negative case recorded after a second mandatory COVID-19 test ahead of second group game against Morocco at the Total African Youth Championship in Mauritania.
Together with the players, none of the technical staff and management team members tested positive for the coronavirus.
Ghana Football Association confirmed the news via their twitter handle as the team is cleared for tomorrow’s showdown.
Ghana will play the Young Atlas Lions in a second Group C game after beating debutants Tanzania 4-0 on Monday.
Morocco also hit the ground running in their group opener against The Gambia, winning 1-0. Hence, Morocco are behind Ghana based on goals difference.
Mauritanian referee Abdel Aziz Bouh has been appointed to take charge of the Group C cracker at the Stade Municipal de Nouadhibou.
The game will come off on Friday, February 19, with kickoff set at 3:00 PM local time.
